- Please be on time as to not disrupt other's experience
- Please wear comfortable clothes – You will have a much more enjoyable experience!
- Keep in mind most classes are practiced barefoot
- Mats and props are provided, although owning your own is recommended
- For your comfort, do not eat a large meal two hours prior to class.
- If you have a heart condition or any other serious medical condition, please let your instructore know before class.
