Studio Etiquette

  • Please sign-in before each class
  • Please be on time as to not disrupt other's experience
  • Please wear comfortable clothes – You will have a much more enjoyable experience!
  • Keep in mind most classes are practiced barefoot
  • Mats and props are provided, although owning your own is recommended
  • For your comfort, do not eat a large meal two hours prior to class.
  • If you have a heart condition or any other serious medical condition, please let your instructore know before class.
