Yoga & Ham- Sa/So- Ham Mantra Meditation
Ideal for someone new or a experience practiciner in yoga or meditation.
This class is geared towards hip opening poses to get the body ready for seated meditation. We will be using the Chopra Center Primordial Sound Meditation method. This practice offers a 10-minute guided meditation and 30-minutes of quite meditation. You will be lead by Mariann who has been a Primordial Sound Instructor for the Chopra Center for over 6 years.
