Classes for Everyone.

Yin/Restorative
Postures held approximately 2-5 minutes to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissue while reducing stress and leaving one with a feeling of lightness and peace. Suitable for all levels.

Sacred Flow
Soft, flowing sequence led by instructor with minimal cues in order to inspire students to develop a deeper relationship with body, mind, and heart. Some yoga experience recommended.

Yoga & Pilates Sculpt
The best of both worlds – a variety of Pilates exercises and yoga postures combine to offer a strong physical workout with mind/body awareness. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga with Weights
Small hand and/or ankle weights are added to a hatha yoga sequence to engage muscles and work in balance while increasing strength and stamina. Suitable for all levels. 

Meditation
Simple strategies practiced to quiet your mind and reduce physical tension. Includes hip-opening poses to prepare for seated meditation. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa
Moving postures united with breath in a challenging practice that leaves you energized and centered. Promotes mental and physical balance, as well as endurance and stamina. Suitable for all levels

Gentle Restorative Yoga
Blankets, bolsters, and straps assist and comfort the body in long, relaxing postures that encourage nervous system restoration and tension release. Suitable for all levels.

Hatha Yoga
Working from the core, this wide variety of postures emphasize simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Suitable for all levels.


Yoga & Ham- Sa/So- Ham Mantra  Meditation
Ideal for someone new or a experience practiciner in yoga or meditation.
This class is geared towards hip opening poses to get the body ready for seated meditation. We will  be using the  Chopra Center Primordial Sound Meditation method.  This practice offers a 10-minute guided meditation and 30-minutes of quite meditation.  You will be lead by Mariann who has been a  Primordial Sound Instructor for the Chopra Center for over 6 years.
